Safe mode - a mode in which disables all third-party software, so you can download phone and remove the newly installed applications and programs that do not allow the phone to work properly.
To enable safe mode, please do the following:

Turn off the machine
- When the display appears Samsung, press and hold the volume down
- At the bottom of the display after the boot is displayed inscription Safe Mode
To turn off Safe Mode:
- Turn off the machine
- When the display appears Samsung, press and hold the volume up

At the bottom of the display after loading the inscription Safe Mode will not be displayed
