Hello Laura, I solve my cell phone Samsung Grand Duos by changing the touch.
Tired of spending with several technicians and nobody gave me solution. One day I decided to disarm my cell phone and try disconnecting and turning on the cell phone until I unplug the touch and I removed the safe mode. By the way my touch is a bit gusty but it worked but it provoked the safe mode.
